Standard includes 500 call minutes per monthly billing period; Professional includes 1,000. Unused minutes do not roll over. Extra usage is $0.30 per minute, invoiced monthly after review. Call seconds are added together; only the total extra usage is rounded up to the next minute. Phone setup and a successful test call are required before activation.
